"Plugged In" Youth Group

Through a variety of, service projects, outreach activities and fellowship; our youth group "Plugged In" is committed to helping teens grow in their faith and create a foundation to build upon when they venture off into college and the world.

We focus on these four key areas:

               •Following Jesus
               •Praying to God
               •Reading the Bible
               •Going to Church

The Holy Spirit works through these four areas to convict, encourage and guide.

March Activities:
3-06-10 VBS Work Day!! Put your service skills to the test this month by helping with our VBS activities starting with this one. Meet in the fellowship hall at 9 a.m. to cut, paint, paste, draw, sand, etc... Snacks and pop provided!!

3-14-10 VBS Decoration Party!! Help transform the church into Hero's Headquarters. A potluck dinner is scheduled to follow. The Summit Christian College team will be here!!.

3-15 to 3-17 VBS!! Hero's Headquarters!! Sign up to help. Crystal needs YOU!!!! We can't do it without the help of our wonderful jr. and sr. high students. Seriously!!

3-15-10 Pizza Party!! In appreciation for all your help, Crystal will treat you to pizza and a party with our college students. 6th - 12th graders only!! Fellowship hall - 5:00 p.m. Let the games begin!!!

3-20-10 Teens for Christ!! Brown Grand Theater 7 p.m.

3-21-10 Winter Jam 2010 - Wichita; Doors open at 5:00 p.m.; $10 tickets at the door. There are members of our church attending. If you would like to ride along with one of them, let Crystal know.
